Registered Users

In order to gain full access to our products and services on this website, you must become a registered user. All registration details provided must be true and accurate at the time of registration and your registration details will need to be updated from time to time when these change.

A password will be required on registration. If you forget your password we will provide you with a new one and once you have logged back in to your account, you can change this password.

We reserve the right to cancel and terminate any registered user at any time if these terms and conditions are breached. Our products and services can be used by registered users or guests worldwide.

All registered users can at anytime request us to cancel their registration. All registered users can also request us to delete their registered information at any time and we will no longer store or keep any information relating to that user.

Guest Users

Guest Users are still able to purchase our products and services on this website.  Your contact details such as name, address, email address and phone number are required in order to ship out products purchased on this website. Notifications of order confirmation, payment and delivery will be sent via email. All contact details are not stored or kept on this website.

Products and Services

Our products and services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. Purchasing through this website you acknowledge that you are the age of 18 years and over.  All persons under the age of 18 may use this website only with the consent of and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you are the parent or legal guardian agreeing to the Terms of Use on behalf of a person under the age of 18, you agree that you are fully responsible for use of this website by that person, including any financial charges that the person may incur through use of this website.

A majority of our products are made to order, all of our printed products are also made to order. We strongly advise to carefully check your order and that all the information is correct. Once the order has been accepted and the goods have been printed we cannot exchange or accept returns. We do not offer refunds or replace items for change of mind purchases.

Once an order is placed and paid for in full, we instantly make preparations to fullfill this order. We allow a two (2) business day turnaround for all orders (except 4LS Wrist Slings) to be completed and shipped out. However, we aim to complete and ship all orders out within one (1) business day. We strive for a fast turn around and post out items every business day of the week. (Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated).

4LS (4Life Studio) Wrist Slings & Neck Lanyards lengths may vary. Please check the supplied pictures / package for actual product contents. All leather brackets will vary. Bracket holes are designed to accommodate 4LS wrist slings only and may not fit other slings on the market. Stabiliser mounting holes are approximately 10mm in diameter and will fit most stabiliser threads.

Wrist Sling product pictures containing additional items included in the pictures (bow, range finder, release aid, arrows, etc...), are for pictorial purposes only and are not included in the sale.

4LS Wrist Slings (4Life Studio), logo's, pictures and images are Copyright © and protected under Australian Copyright and International Copyright Laws. Images, pictures and logo's are used under licensed agreement with the respective owner.

* 'We' & 4LS (4Life Studio - product provider), cannot be held responsible nor will be liable for all 4LS Wrist Slings & Neck Lanyard products resulting in damage to property, harm to others, self harm or accidents due to the wrong and improper misuse of these products. It is the responsibility of the individual using this product to maintain and regularly inspect the integrity of this product.

All wrist slings & neck lanyards are thoroughly checked and inspected prior to packaging to ensure these products are of high quality and standards. 

Payments & Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars AUD.

ArrowWraps.com.au (a division of TwentyFingers), only accepts payment via PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit.

We accept payment via Paypal for all International and Australian orders.

PayPal

We use the payment security of PayPal. Registered users will need a PayPal account in order to arrange payments within this website.

Please visit the PayPal website in order to create your PayPal account.

We will not request, require or accept credit card or bank details from registered users or guests to accept any payments.

Direct Bank Deposit

Payments can also be made viaDirect Bank Deposit.

Direct Bank Deposit payments are required to be made within 3 business days.

Orders will not be shipped untill full payment has been received. Email a screenshot of the direct bank deposit to speed up the order process and to avoid order cancellation. 

Orders requiring bank deposit payments may be cancelled if the funds have not been received after 5 business days of order placement. 

Direct Bank Deposit details will be displayed on the checkout page.

We do not accept payments made by Cheque, Money Order or cash transactions unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to ammend these prices at any time and are subject to change without notice. 

Shipping and Postage

Australia Wide

We use Australia Post for all of our shipping Australia wide.

We use the Priority Post, Registered Post & Express Post services within Australia Only. (For more information please read our Shipping & Delivery statement)

Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the item and is calculated based on the price structure of Austalia Post. These costs are subject to change at any time.

Shipping costs cover the packaging, envelope, satchel, bubble wrap, cardboard, sticky tape, packing material and time it takes to prepare and pack your item.

If in the event our postage costs have exceeded the price for shipping and handling, we will return the difference back to the customer.

Free shipping for orders over $100 Australia Wide only. Must have an Australian address. Regular mail with signature on delivery.

International Post

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail.
All International orders are shipped via standard air mail with additional options for tracking and/or signature on delivery depending on country of destination. 

Please be aware certain countries charge Customs fees, import duties and taxes on items purchased internationally. These fees and charges are to be covered by the customer. All product prices on this website do not cover customs fees, import duties or country government taxes.

Providing the correct address

In most cases missing or undelivered items are caused by an incorrect address. Providing the wrong address is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We or the postal company cannot be held responsible for missing items due to an incorrect address. Ensure to update your registration details when these change.

Undelivered & Lost items in transit

We take extra care in packing and sending all orders promptly. Once the item/s have been shipped out it is the responsibllity of the shipping company to see through delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items as delivery and delivery times is out of our hands. We strongly recommend choosing a Registered Delivery method to ensure your item/s reach their intended destination.

All items are shipped within two (2) Business Days of receiving cleared payment. However, we aim for a one (1) business day turnaround.

Displaying this website or any content contained in this website without our permission is also strictly prohibited.

Colours

We have tried to display the products on this website, including the colours of products accurately. Because the colours you see depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Due to differences in computer monitors, there may be variations in color between the actual product and your screen display.

Returns & Refunds

* In the event of any unforeseen errors made by us such as incorrect size, colour, design and quantity shipped out to the buyer. We will endeavour to quickly rectify and resolve our error by correcting the size, colour, design and quantity at our expense. However we need the + of the buyer to return (ship) the incorrect size, colour, design (item/s) back to us. We will reimburse the cost of shipping to the buyer in the case of this event only. In most cases we will send the correct item to the buyer with a stamped, self addressed envelope for the return of the incorrect item. (applies to all arrow wraps only)

In the case of this event all returns are to be made within 7 days of delivery of item/s.

Item/s must be in the original condition as it was shipped out (re-saleable) and sent back to us the same way it was delivered.

In the case of any refunds these will be returned via the same method as the payment was made.
(eg. Paid via PayPal - Return payment via PayPal).

All of our printed products are made to order so we strongly advise to carefully check your order and that all the information is correct.
